A luminous natural gemstone that changes with the light.
This one-of-a-kind pendant features a polished natural Rainbow Moonstone cabochon with a beautiful electric blue flash that appears as the stone moves under different lighting. Against its soft, translucent white body, the shifting blue glow gives the gemstone an almost ethereal quality.
Rainbow Moonstone is prized for this optical phenomenon, commonly called flash or adularescence. Each stone displays its light differently, making the individual pattern and intensity of every piece unique.
The oval gemstone is set by hand in solid 925 sterling silver, surrounded by substantial twisted-rope detailing and polished silver beadwork. The slightly oxidized recesses add depth and emphasize the craftsmanship of the setting while keeping the luminous gemstone at the center of attention.
