#17 opens with pear, black currant, and bergamot, creating a bright fruitiness with a slightly tart edge. Orange blossom, jasmine, and iris soften the center into a polished floral heart, while praline, tonka bean, and patchouli add warmth, sweetness, and depth as the fragrance settles.

Behind the Notes
What makes #17 interesting is the contrast between its fresh opening and gourmand base. Praline in perfumery is less about smelling like one specific dessert and more about creating a rich, nutty, caramelized sweetness.
Tonka bean adds a warm, slightly vanilla-like softness, while patchouli keeps the drydown from becoming too sugary by adding an earthy, woody edge.
The result is bright at first, elegant through the heart, and noticeably warmer and sweeter on the skin.
