How We Built It
With #15, we wanted to explore the line between fresh citrus and gourmand sweetness.
Rather than a sharp, tart lemon opening, the candied citrus effect makes the fruit feel almost glazed: bright and zesty, but rounded with sweetness. Orange blossom acts as the perfect bridge because it carries both a floral character and a natural connection to citrus.
Vanilla then softens everything into a warm, creamy finish.
The result is simple on paper, but that simplicity is part of its charm: sparkling citrus, delicate white flowers, and soft vanilla.
